"After so many years of being sick and overweight I am pretty excited to say I have lost 100 pounds! I am not perfect but I am working hard, I am not a fitness model and I am in competition with nobody but my health! After losing the first 70 pounds it was evident that I needed to build muscle. I knew I needed to be careful to prevent injury so I needed very controlled movements. Having never lifted weights before, I hired Lindsey Rago. She taught me how to properly train and I have been able to do so on my own for the past 6 months. I have watched my body change. The last 30 pounds came off so much slower but I was gaining muscle!!!!!! It is imperative I live this lifestyle so that I am no longer in pain."
